Former Manchester United prospect Ravel Morrison could extend his career in Sweden, according to Ostersunds FK.
Morrison’s current deal runs out at the end of the month and it was understood that he would be looking for his ninth club in seven years after joining up with the Jamaica national team instead of returning to training with Ostersunds after the mid-season break.
But OFK insist that Morrison could be offered a new deal at the Jamtkraft Arena, and manager Ian Burchnall said: ‘We are very pleased with Ravel Morrison’s time in OFK. Now we’ll see what happens in the future. We will talk with Ravel and his agent and see what they are doing.’
