England managed to navigate a bad tempered game to near perfection as they saw off Cameroon to win 3-0 and book a spot in the quarter-finals of the women's World Cup.
The Lionesses had to contend with Cameroon players losing their discipline which resulted in touchline disputes and poor challenges as Phil Neville's side took control of proceedings.
Goals from Steph Houghton, Ellen White and Alex Greenwood put England well on their way to a deserved win.
England will now prepare for a last-eight clash with Norway on Thursday
