Arsenal are interested in bringing in Dan-Axel Zagadou from Borussia Dortmund this summer in a bid to strengthen their defence.
According to the Mirror, the 20-year-old Frenchman has impressed scouts at Arsenal and the Gunners are ready to step up their interest following Zagadou's performances at the Under-20 World Cup in Poland.
Manager Unai Emery retains an interest in Saint-Etienne teenager William Saliba but also see the upcoming Zagadou as an alternative target.
