Newcastle United would have to part with around £10million to poach Sean Dyche from Premier League rivals Burnley.

Dyche has been mentioned as a potential successor to Rafa Benitez, who failed to agree a new contract at St James' Park.

Sportsmail understands any club hoping to lure the 47-year-old away from Turf Moor would be expected to pay up the remainder of his deal.
