Willian has backed Frank Lampard to succeed as Chelsea's manager if the club legend is eventually appointed at Stamford Bridge this summer.
The Blues are in talks to make Lampard their new boss after being given permission to speak to their former midfielder by current club Derby.
He is expected to take charge in the coming days and the 41-year-old will replace Maurizio Sarri, who returned to Italy
