The report in Tuttosport reveals that the Turin side have clinched the deal by 'proposing €67m (£60m) as a fixed fee, plus another €13m (£11.6m) in add-ons. It was revealed in Italian media last week that the player had agreed personal terms worth £10.75million a season over five years. De Ligt has established himself as one of the most sought after young players in world football Barcelona have already acquired De Ligt's Ajax team-mate Frenkie de Jong but it appears the intervention of Cristiano Ronaldo has helped turn his head towards the Italian champions. The Dutch defender revealed Ronaldo told him to join Juventus following the Nations League final in Portugal at the start of June. De Ligt's side suffered a 1-0 defeat at the Estadio Dragao but he was seen laughing with Ronaldo after the final whistle. When asked what the conversation was about, he revealed that the legendary forward was trying to recruit him for the Italian champions.
