If there is one thing we can be certain about tonight it’s that Phil Neville will not change the way his side have played all tournament.

After all, favouring a slow build-up, total football style of play has rather convincingly got England to within a game from a first Women’s World Cup final.

It would be easy to throw that all away and start afresh for the USA but it is too late for that and Phil wants to play, play, play.
