Liam Plunkett has revealed how Eoin Morgan had to persuade him not to retire four years before he starred in England's World Cup winning campaign.

Plunkett took three wickets in the Lord's final as Eoin Morgan's side beat New Zealand to win white-ball cricket's biggest prize.

Now the 34-year-old has no plans to quit - and is instead targeting a place at the 2020 T20 World Cup and beyond.
