Andy Cole has been left bemused by Gary Neville's scathing criticism of Paul Pogba in the wake of his penalty miss against Wolves last weekend.
Following a discussion with Marcus Rashford, who has a perfect record from the spot, Pogba took on the responsibility of taking the spot kick to then see Rui Patricio save his effort, as United went on to draw the game at Molineux.
Neville described it as an 'act of treachery' before going on to criticise his former side for having a lack of leaders, claiming it looked like a 'five-a-side' game.

However, Cole has told his former team-mate to 'get real' and has played down the situation between Pogba and Rashford.
Cole told talkSPORT: 'I didn't see Marcus kick up a stink about it so Marcus was comfortable about giving him the penalty.
