Matt Fitzpatrick will be among the spectators this weekend when his brother Alex follows in his footsteps and represents Britain and Ireland against America in the Walker Cup at Royal Liverpool.
For once the boot will be on the other foot as they become the first set of brothers to have played for GB&I in the pinnacle event in amateur golf since the Second World War.
The younger Fitzpatrick makes for a vivid contrast to his illustrious sibling, however, who's gone on to win five times on the European Tour and play in a Ryder Cup by the age of 25.
