Despite starting the game from the bench, Roberto Firmino put in a world class performance for Liverpool against Newcastle after coming on in the first half.
After the game, he was praised by BT Sport pundits Joe Cole and Jermaine Jenas, as well as both managers and his fellow team-mates.
'It's scary how much it improves when he comes on the pitch,' said Jenas, as Firmino took over the game with his skill, vision, and passing.

It was Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah who got the goals, but Firmino was instrumental
'He's an important part of the way they want to play,' said Jenas. 'So unselfish, and the quality he brings.
'A lot of the things you're seeing him do here, they're sublime. Over the past few years he's earned the respect.'
Jenas even went on to say that he's a step above Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane when it comes to playing through the defence, pointing to a number of skillful flicks and passes.
