Roy Hodgson is in line to extend his record as the Premier League's oldest-ever manager after opening new contract talks that would take him past his 73rd birthday at Crystal Palace.
Hodgson, who turned 72 in August, surpassed Sir Bobby Robson's record as the oldest boss in February of this year but has no plans to stop just yet.
The former England manager's current contract expires at the end of this season but Palace are involved in discussions over a new deal.
