Paul Pogba has revealed he has become a mentor to 's young players, saying he hopes to set an example for the likes of Mason Greenwood and and Bradon Williams.  

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been unafraid to put faith in United's young players, with academy graduates Greenwood and Scott McTominay repaying him as stand-out performers this season. 

Pogba - who is out with injury - was himself a United U18 player, and says he is keen to help preserve United's tradition of promoting talents from within.

'I think and I hope I can help them,' the Frenchman told MUTV. 'I've said to a lot of the young players who have been with the first team: "Guys, you don't know how lucky you are".
