Liverpool have leapfrogged a number of their Premier League rivals in the commercial stakes after signing their lucrative £80million-a-year kit sponsorship deal with Nike.
The Premier League leaders announced the multi-year deal on Tuesday and all their teams will wear Nike kit from the beginning of June.
Though the exact length of the deal hasn't been revealed, Liverpool move above domestic rivals Manchester United, Manchester City, Arsenal and Chelsea in terms of money earned per season.
Liverpool have moved ahead several of their Premier League rivals after agreeing a lucrative £80m-a-year kit sponsorship deal with Nike that will start this summer
Liverpool's kits have been supplied by Boston-based company New Balance since 2015
The new deal reflects Liverpool's re-emergence as a force under manager Jurgen Klopp
And it puts the reigning European champions behind only Spanish giants Real Madrid and Barcelona in the Europe-wide comparison of the most lucrative kit deals.
By bringing in £80m-a-year from Nike, Liverpool have trumped their rivals United, whose 10-year deal with Adidas, which started in 2015, is worth £75m-a-year and was the previous British record.
Manchester City's deal with Puma, which started last year and will run until 2029, is worth £65m-a-year and places them fifth in the European list.
Both Chelsea and Arsenal bring in £60m-a-season with Nike and Adidas
