Former Manchester United star Patrice Evra checked Graeme Souness's drink after a clash between the pair led the ex-Liverpool boss to fire off a lengthy rant about a VAR decision on Sunday afternoon.
Liverpool already held the lead in the Premier League clash at Anfield when Roberto Firmino crashed an eye-catching strike into the United net – only for a review using video technology to rule out the goal for a foul by Reds defender Virgil van Dijk on visiting goalkeeper David de Gea.
In a confrontation over the incident, Evra told Souness: 'It's a foul. With his head he's touching De Gea's arm.'
The typically forthright former Liverpool boss turned to his fellow Sky Sports pundit and retorted: 'Can I ask you a question? How much fairer could van Dijk have gone for that ball?'
