Wolves star Adama Traore may need surgery after dislocating his shoulder three times in 16 matches this season.

Traore sustained the damage in a tussle with Tottenham defender Japhet Tanganga in Wolves' 3-2 win in north London on Sunday, having suffered the same problem in the reverse fixture at Molineux in December, and the draw at in January.

Wolves hope Traore will be available for their home game against Brighton on Saturday - and for the rest of the campaign - as they look to maintain their challenge for the top four, but boss Nuno Espirito Santo is worried about the 24-year-old's apparent weakness.
