Nearly 15 years on from his final professional fight, former unified heavyweight world champion Mike Tyson proved he still possesses some of his fearsome hand speed and power.

The 53-year-old shared a video with the caption 'I'm a bad boy for life' of him carrying out punching drills with a trainer.

The footage comes a week after Tyson revealed he wanted to return to the ring for a four-round exhibition bout in a bid to 'make some money to help some homeless and drug-affected
