Four Sampdoria players have tested positive for coronavirus with one of them testing positive for the illness having previously thought to have recovered.

The confirmed cases of COVID-19 come after a Torino player tested positive as well as three Fiorentina players. 

A statement from Sampdoria read: 'Four Sampdoria players have tested positive for coronavirus with one of them testing positive for the illness for a second time.
