Mike Tyson has revealed the internal psychological battle he is fighting as the boxing icon closes in on a shock comeback fight with Roy Jones Jr.

Iron Mike, 54, will take on the 51-year-old former world champion in California on September 12 in an eight-round exhibition bout. 

The fight has faced backlash with many fans sad to see the American great returning to the ring and putting his health at risk, having retired back in 2005.
