Former Bayern Munich coach Jupp Heynckes has described Thomas Muller as the 'most extraordinary player in German football history'.
Heynckes believes that Muller, who has earned 525 appearances for the Bundesliga giants, encompasses the 'right character and playing style' to succeed at the top.
Described at the 'driving force' behind the Bayern Munich team by his former manager, Muller has helped the club win: the Champions League twice; the DFB-Pokal six times; the UEFA Super Cup; the FIFA Club World Cup and five German Super Cups.
