UEFA are exploring the option of holding a one nation European Championships next summer, leaving England's plans for the tournament in limbo.

European football's governing body's original plan was to hold the Euros, which was due to take place earlier this summer but was cancelled due to the Covid pandemic, in 12 different cities across the continent.

But it is understood UEFA are re-considering the original design of the delayed tournament, which is due to kick off in June.
