Francis Ngannou and Jon Jones have continued their verbal sparring match with the UFC heavyweight champion labelling his rival a 'decision fighter'.

'Bones' remains desperate to take on Ngannou in the Octagon despite negotiations stalling with the promotion - and the continuing spat has further fuelled tensions.

The first post of the recent exchange came from Ngannou, who said: 'You're a decision fighter @JonnyBones and you've barely won a fight lately.
'But you're going to break me out.'
Jones' last three fights may have all gone to a decision, but the 33-year-old defended his credentials by insisting he 'carried the record for most submissions in the light heavyweight division for many years'.
He went on to add: 'You are what we call a one trick pony @francis_ngannou, every champion I've ever faced punched hard. I see right through you.'
