Joao Moutinho has vowed to bring the smiles back to Portuguese faces as the European champions teeter dangerously on the brink of an early exit from Euro 2020.
Lose against France, the World Cup winners who are fired up to avenge their defeat by Portugal in Paris five years ago, would leave Fernando Santos's stars in serious peril, and dependant on help from elsewhere.
'We're going to take on this match as we always to fight hard, focus on our objectives and hope we can make Portugal smile again,' said Wolves midfielder Moutinho. 'We want to give our best and a better image than we gave against Germany.'
