Aston Villa have reached an agreement with Jack Grealish's agents to let the England star leave the club when the European Championships end, according to reports.
Sportsmail exclusively revealed last month that Manchester City want to smash the British transfer record for the 25-year-old and are prepared to pay £100million for the Villa attacker.
Grealish is currently away with the England national team at Euro 2020 and recently starred for the Three Lions in their 1-0 win over Czech Republic on Tuesday.
