Benfica are believed to be interested in signing Harry Wilson, though Liverpool's valuation of the player has halted any progress being made so far.
The Welshman spent last season on loan at Cardiff and chipped in with seven goals and 11 assists to help his side finish 8th in the Championship.
It remains to be seen whether he will return to Anfield next season and be a part of Jurgen Klopp's plans, but the 24-year-old will have options even if his future is not at Liverpool.
