Deontay Wilder has taken the phrase 'blood, sweat and tears' quite literally as he continues his preparations for his trilogy heavyweight fight with bitter foe Tyson Fury.
The pair are meeting for a third time on July 24 with Wilder looking to avenge his first-ever professional defeat after losing his WBC belt to Fury on February 22, 2020 via a seventh-round stoppage. The first bout in December 2018 ended in a controversial draw.
And with just over a fortnight to go until Wilder takes on the Brit once again, he took to Instagram to update his followers of his progress.

Sharing a picture of the boots that he sparred in on Tuesday, the American's footwear was stained with droplets of blood - highlighting the work he is currently putting in as he sparred for 16 rounds.
'16 rds it went down,' he captioned the photo with. 'What's understood don't have to be explained.
