Jordan Pickford's 'lack of concentration' was evident during the first-half of England's Euro 2020 semi-final with Denmark and was at play during the first goal, according to Jose Mourinho.
The England goalkeeper was beaten for the first time during the tournament on Wednesday night as Mikkel Damsgaard planted a free-kick beyond the Everton shot-stopper.
He had previously gone five matches without conceding a single goal, producing a number of important stops throughout.
