Conor McGregor has claimed that he has only lost one fight in his professional career, insisting that he 'only counts knockouts' despite being submitted on four separate occasions.
McGregor, 32, returns to action tonight as he bids to avenge his Fight Island defeat to Dustin Poirier, also 32, at UFC 264 in Las Vegas with the stakes high for the popular Irishman.

Yet McGregor has sensationally maintained that his defeat to Poirier was the only time he has been truly beaten, claiming that submission defeats do not count.
