Leeds United hope to complete the signing of Valerenga goalkeeper Kristoffer Klaesson next week, pending a work permit.
Klaesson played for Valerenga in their 4-0 Europa Conference League defeat to Gent on Thursday and is set to fly in for a medical after productive talks.
The 20-year-old will replace Kiko Casilla who joined Spanish club Elche on a season-long loan last week.
