Inter Miami fans were quick to get on star striker Gonzalo Higuaín's back after he appeared disinterested in contributing to his team's attack against Philadelphia Union in a video that's gone viral.
In the clip, Higuaín can be seen walking very slowly with his head down instead of linking up with his teammates in Philadelphia's half with the scores locked at 0-0.
To make matters worse, the incident occurred in just the 35th-minute of the game.
That's not really what you want to see from a player reportedly earning a base salary of $7 million-a-year, is it? By the way, that makes him the highest-paid player in MLS.
The 2014 World Cup finalist attracted plenty of criticism on social media as the segment caused something of a storm on Twitter.
