Spurs, who are edging closer to a £43m deal for Atalanta centre-back Christian Romero, also have Traore on their list of transfer summer targets and are weighing up a move that would see Traore reunited with his former Wolves boss Nuno Espírito Santo. Wolves have yet to receive any official contact from any of Traore’s admirers but they are open to letting him leave after three seasons at Molineux. New Tottenham boss Nuno Espírito Santo is keen to be reunited with Adama Traore The 25 year-old has two years left on his contract and Wolves would hope to bank a fee similar to the £45m Liverpool paid for Diogo Jota last summer, meaning prising Traore away will not be straightforward. Liverpool, Chelsea and Leeds have also been linked with Traore though the Elland Road club are understood to have alternative winger targets. Spurs have made two additions so far this summer, signing goalkeeper Pierluigi Gollini on loan from Atalanta and winger Bryan Gil for around £21m from Sevilla, in a deal that saw Erik Lamela head the other way with Romero on course to join them. Wolves are open to letting the Spain international leave after three seasons at Molineux They also want defender Takehiro Tomiyasu from Bologna and to bring in a striker to play alongside Harry Kane. England captain Kane, due back at Spurs tomorrow following the Euros for his Covid-19 tests, wants to leave to join Manchester City but the north Londoners have no interest in selling their talisman. Spurs are hoping to offload a number of players to increase their room for manoeuvre in the transfer market. As well as Lamela, Toby Alderweireld has departed for Qatari club Al-Duhail. Nuno set to be boosted by £43m arrival of Atalanta centre-back Christian Romero Moussa Sissoko, who also has interest from the Middle East, Davinson Sanchez, Eric Dier, Serge Aurier and Joe Hart are among others Spurs are open to offers for. Meanwhile, Norwich are keen to re-sign midfielder Oliver Skipp, who helped them to promotion last season, on loan from Tottenham again. Manager Nuno has been impressed by Skipp during pre-season though may decide another loan spell is better for his development.
