Former UFC star Yoel Romero claims Jake Paul is shying away from 'facing a real fighter' as a loss will 'ruin' his 'show'. 

Romero says the YouTuber had agreed to fight him earlier this year, but pulled out to fight Ben Askren instead. 

As a result, Romero believes Paul's team are 'finding the easy fights' to ensure the 24-year-old maintains his winning streak.

Nevertheless, he is renowned for being one the strongest and most feared competitors in MMA. 

Speaking about a potential bout with Paul, Romero told "MMA Hour: 'Initially they wanted to do the fight with me. 

'That was when I was just getting out of the UFC, he had not signed with Bellator yet, and they said eventually no they don't want me… They decided to go with Ben Askren.'
