Sky Sports gave Nuno Espirito Santo permission to abandon his post-match interview following the north London derby after the Tottenham manager was subjected to horrific abuse by supporters.
Now proposals are set to be implemented as early as this weekend for interviews to move back indoors, tackling chaotic scenes that have proved so problematic for broadcasters this season.
