But that was the end of a thrilling fight that saw Fury knocked to the canvas twice too in the fourth round, in between Wilder's falls in the third and 10th rounds.

However, unlike the fight itself, Yahoo Sports via The Mirror are reporting the pay-per-view sales have disappointed after failing to reach the pre-bout target of 600,000 sales.

The number therefore also fails to match the 850,000 buys that were made for the rematch in February last year, which saw Fury claim his current belt for the first time.

But the fight still earned double the sales of the duo's first heavyweight showdown in December 2018, with Eddie Hearn labelling the 300,000 pay-per-views as 'absymal' after it was broadcast on Showtime Sports in the US
