How to watch Titans vs. Chiefs Date: Sunday, Oct. 24 Time: 1 p.m. ET TV: CBS  Streaming: Paramount+ Week 7 NFL picks for Chiefs vs. Titans

Before you tune in to Sunday's Chiefs vs. Titans game, you need to see the NFL picks from SportsLine's advanced computer model. The model, which simulates every NFL game 10,000 times, is up almost $7,700 for $100 players on top-rated NFL picks since its inception six-plus years ago. It went a sizzling 24-14 on top-rated NFL picks last season, returning more than $800. The model also enters Week 7 of the 2021 season on an incredible 125-85 run on top-rated NFL picks that dates back to the 2017 season.

The model also ranked in the top 10 on NFLPickWatch four of the past five years on straight-up NFL picks and beat more than 94 percent of CBS Sports Football Pick'em players four times during that span. Anyone who has followed it is way up.

For Titans vs. Chiefs, the model is all over Tennessee (+4.5) covering the spread at home. The Titans put the entire NFL on notice with their 34-31 victory over the Bills on Monday Night Football. Running back Derrick Henry continued his torrid start to the season, finishing with 20 carries for 143 yards and three touchdowns. Henry has already racked up 783 yards on the ground and 10 rushing touchdowns through six games and he'll certainly be heavily involved again on Sunday.

Kansas City's defense is giving up 133.2 rushing yards per game on average, which ranks 27th in the NFL. The Chiefs have also allowed opponents to score 30 or more points in four of their last five games.

SportsLine's simulation model expects Henry to have another big day for Tennessee, projecting he'll carry the ball 23 times for 124 yards and a touchdown. The model also shows A.J. Brown and Julio Jones combining for over 140 receiving yards against Kansas City's porous defense, helping the Titans cover the spread in over 50 percent of simulations.
