Buffalo and Indianapolis have 5-2 records over their last seven games. You may be able to stream the game on Paramount+.

How to watch Colts vs. Bills Date: Sunday, Nov. 21 Time: 1 p.m. ET TV: CBS  Streaming: Paramount+ Week 11 NFL picks for Bills vs. Colts

Before you tune in to Sunday's Colts vs. Bills game, you need to see the NFL picks from SportsLine's advanced computer model. The model, which simulates every NFL game 10,000 times, is up almost $7,500 for $100 players on top-rated NFL picks since its inception six-plus years ago. The model enters Week 11 of the 2021 season on an incredible 128-89 run on top-rated NFL picks that dates back to the 2017 season.

The model also ranked in the top 10 on NFLPickWatch four of the past five years on straight-up NFL picks and beat more than 94 percent of CBS Sports Football Pick'em players four times during that span. Anyone who has followed it is way up.

For Bills vs. Colts, the model is backing the Under. The Colts' offensive game plan is centered around the run, and the NFL's leading rusher in Jonathan Taylor. All five of Indy's wins have come when Taylor has rushed for at least 100 yards, while all five of its losses have come when he failed to crack 100. Run-heavy attacks tend to produce lower-scoring games as long, methodical drives eat up the clock.

While the Bills are known for the exploits of Josh Allen, they actually prefer more of a balanced game plan with success on the ground. After rushing for a season-low 72 yards in Week 9's shocking defeat to Jacksonville, coach Sean McDermott said that adjustments would be made in the run game, and that was evident in Week 10. Matt Breida received carries for just the second game all season and found the end zone as Buffalo ran for 139 yards, its most since Week 4.

With one team needing to run and the other wanting to run, this projects as a grind-it-out game that will be won in the trenches. Add in that both teams are among the top half of the league in scoring defense and points will be at a premium. The model projects 48 total points being scored, with the Under hitting in well over 50 percent of simulations.
