The off-the-field issues that the Las Vegas Raiders have been dealing with this season may have begun to take their toll on the team. After back-to-back losses, the Raiders will host the Cincinnati Bengals. Cincinnati hasn't been quite as dynamic on offense as it was in a four-game stretch against the Jaguars, Packers, Lions and Ravens, and the Bengals turned the ball over three times in Week 9 against Cleveland. In select markets, you can stream the game on Paramount+.

Kickoff for Bengals vs. Raiders is set for 4:05 p.m. ET on Sunday at Allegiant Stadium. Cincinnati is favored by 1.5 in the latest Raiders vs. Bengals odds from Caesars Sportsbook, and the over-under is 50.5. In select markets, Sunday's matchup can be seen live on CBS and streamed live on Paramount+ with their must-have Premium plan.

Paramount+ now has levels of membership so you can watch your local NFL on CBS matchups and much more. Before you tune in to Sunday's Bengals vs. Raiders game, you need to see the NFL picks from SportsLine's advanced computer model. The model, which simulates every NFL game 10,000 times, is up almost $7,500 for $100 players on top-rated NFL picks since its inception six-plus years ago. The model enters Week 11 of the 2021 season on an incredible 128-89 run on top-rated NFL picks that dates back to the 2017 season.

The model also ranked in the top 10 on NFLPickWatch four of the past five years on straight-up NFL picks and beat more than 94 percent of CBS Sports Football Pick'em players four times during that span. Anyone who has followed it is way up.

For Raiders vs. Bengals, the model predicts that Las Vegas covers the spread in 52 percent of simulations. The model has a similar projection for taking Las Vegas on the +105 money line. Raiders quarterback Derek Carr has thrown four interceptions in his last three games, but he's also thrown for 880 yards and five touchdowns during that stretch. Cincinnati has also given up the seventh-most completions in the NFL this season, with 234.

Las Vegas has only covered the spread in four of its last 11 games, so in a game that is practically pick'em, Cincinnati should feel confident coming into the matchup. Cincinnati quarterback Joe Burrow is coming off of the worst game he's played all season after he was sacked five times and threw two interceptions against Cleveland. He should have an easier time picking out receivers this week, as the Raiders blitz at the lowest rate in the NFL.

The model projects that Carr will finish with more passing yards than Burrow, but the Cincinnati QB has a better chance to push for two touchdowns. The difference could be the effectiveness of Vegas tight end Darren Waller, who only had four catches for 24 yards last week. The Bengals' defense has been decent against opposing tight ends, but the model also predicts that he will lead all Raiders pass-catchers with 71 yards on Sunday en route to a cover and outright win.
