Rio Ferdinand has praised Aaron Ramsdale as an 'inspired signing', adding the Arsenal goalkeeper's current run of form was 'phenomenal'.
Many questioned Mikel Arteta's wisdom to spend £24 million on the 23-year-old in the summer after he had suffered consecutive relegations with Sheffield United and Bournemouth.
The Arsenal manager's decision, however, has since been abundantly vindicated.
