Michael Chandler is continuing his charm offensive to secure a fight Conor McGregor next year, as the UFC lightweight hopeful promised 'fireworks' should the pair meet in the Octagon.
Chandler, 35, is coming off back-to-back defeats in the UFC, although the former Bellator champion won huge praise for his performance in his unanimous decision loss to Justin Gaethje.
McGregor, 33, praised the American for his display in that Fight of the Year contender, fueling speculation that Chandler could be the Irishman's next opponent when he returns from injury.
