Bruno Fernandes believes Michael Carrick can be a 'really good manager' in the future after the latter signed off his Manchester United caretaker spell with a win over Arsenal

Carrick led United to a 3-2 victory over the Gunners on Thursday night thanks to Cristiano Ronaldo's second-half double, meaning the former United midfielder was unbeaten in his three matches as caretaker boss against Chelsea, Villarreal and Arsenal.

The 40-year-old will now hand over to new interim boss Ralf Rangnick, who will start work as Red Devils boss on Friday, with Carrick announcing after the win over Arsenal that he will leaving the Old Trafford set-up in the future.
