Philadelphia @ New York
Current Records: Philadelphia 5-7; New York 3-8
What to KnowThis Sunday, the New York Jets are hoping to patch up the holes in a defense that has allowed an average of 30.36 points per matchup. They will take on the Philadelphia Eagles at 1 p.m. ET next Sunday at MetLife Stadium. The Jets should still be riding high after a win, while Philadelphia will be looking to regain their footing.
After constant struggles on the road, New York has finally found some success away from home. They walked away with a 21-14 victory over the Houston Texans on Sunday. No one had a standout game offensively for New York, but they got one touchdown from QB Zach Wilson.
Meanwhile, the Eagles were within a late touchdown of stealing the win, but they took the "L" against the New York Giants 13-7. QB Jalen Hurts wasn't much of a difference maker for Philadelphia; Hurts threw three interceptions with only 4.16 yards per passing attempt.
Philadelphia's loss took them down to 5-7 while New York's victory pulled them up to 3-8. Giving up four turnovers, Philadelphia had had trouble holding onto the ball on Sunday. We'll see if the Jets can exploit that vulnerability.
