Daniel Cormier admits that Conor McGregor jumping the queue for a title shot 'would upset a lot of people' but remains a very real possibility.

The Irishman has only won one fight since 2016 but remains the biggest draw in MMA and has been campaigning for a fight with Charles Oliveira when he recovers from his broken leg.

McGregor is currently ranked No 9 in the division and there are many worthy contenders ahead of him, not least Justin Gaethje, who said he would 'riot' if he was overlooked in favour of the 'Notorious'.
