Bills running back Devin Singletary has been ripping through defenses at a rapid pace in recent weeks. Over his last four games, Buffalo's ball-carrier has racked up 323 rushing yards and five touchdowns. Should Singletary be included in your NFL DFS lineups when the Bills square off against the New England Patriots on NFL Wild Card Saturday 2022?

New England features the NFL's second-ranked scoring defense, giving up an average of 17.8 points per game. The Patriots have also kept Singletary in check twice. In fact, Singletary has been held under 40 rushing yards in both meetings against New England this season, potentially making him among the most volatile NFL DFS picks on sites like DraftKings and FanDuel. Before making your NFL DFS picks for Saturday and beyond, be sure to check out the NFL DFS advice, strategy and projections from SportsLine daily Fantasy expert Mike McClure.

McClure is a legendary professional DFS player with almost $2 million in career winnings. His methodology has led to enormous cashes on FanDuel and DraftKings. He took down two high-stakes tournaments on FanDuel in 2020 and recorded a pair top-10 finishes in tournaments with over 130,000 entrants on DraftKings. His lineups also finished inside the top 1 percent in more than a dozen other tournaments last season.

He uses a powerful prediction model that simulates every snap of NFL action, taking factors such as matchups, statistical trends and injuries into account. This allows him to find the best NFL DFS values that he shares only with members at SportsLine.

Now, McClure has turned his attention to Saturday's Wild Card round matchups and locked in his top daily Fantasy football picks. You can only see them by heading to SportsLine.

Top NFL DFS picks for Wild Card Saturday

One of McClure's top NFL DFS picks for Saturday's action is Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow. The former Heisman Trophy winner has been torching opposing defenses in his most recent outings. Burrow threw for 525 yards and four touchdowns against the Ravens on Dec. 26 and followed that up with 446 yards and four touchdowns against the Chiefs a week later.

The Bengals chose to rest Burrow and others in the regular season finale, meaning he'll enter Saturday's matchup against the Raiders extremely fresh. Las Vegas gave up 383 yards and three touchdowns to Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert last week, which bodes well for Burrow on Saturday. Confidently lock Burrow in your NFL DFS lineups and look for a big return in his first appearance in the NFL playoffs 2022.

Another part of McClure's optimal NFL DFS strategy includes rostering Bengals rookie wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase ($7,800 on DraftKings and $8,200 on FanDuel). The former Biletnikoff winner at LSU was the No. 5 overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft despite opting out of the previous college football season because of the pandemic and facing criticism over drops in the preseason.

However, he proved those concerns to be overblown with a historic rookie season that ended with 81 receptions for 1,455 yards and 13 scores. Chase had five 100-yard receiving games and a pair of 200-yard receiving games in wins over the Ravens and Chiefs.
