What to Know

The Las Vegas Raiders will duke it out with the Cincinnati Bengals in the first round of the playoffs Saturday at Paul Brown Stadium at 4:30 p.m. ET. Las Vegas should still be feeling good after a victory, while Cincinnati will be looking to right the ship.

It may have taken overtime to finish the job, but the Raiders ultimately got the result they were hoping for last week with a 35-32 win over the Los Angeles Chargers. Las Vegas can attribute much of their success to RB Josh Jacobs, who rushed for one TD and 132 yards on 26 carries.

Special teams collected 17 points for Las Vegas. K Daniel Carlson booted in five field goals, the longest a 52-yarder in the fourth quarter, which ultimately accounted for the difference in the game.

Meanwhile, Cincinnati didn't finish too far behind, but the team still lost 21-16 to the Cleveland Browns last week. No one had a standout game offensively for the Bengals, but they got scores from RB Chris Evans and DB Trayvon Henderson.

The Raiders are expected to lose this next one by 5.5. However, those who like betting on the underdog should be happy to hear that they are 5-2 against the spread when expected to lose.

Las Vegas ended up a good deal behind Cincinnati when they played when the two teams last met earlier in the regular season, losing 32-13. Can Las Vegas avenge their loss, or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll soon find out.
