The Buccaneers (13-4) led the NFC in run defense, allowing just 92.5 yards per game. Tampa Bay defeated Philadelphia, 28-22, in Week 6.

Wide receiver Mike Evans became the first player in NFL history with 1,000 or more receiving yards in his first eight seasons. He caught 74 passes on 114 targets for 1,035 yards and 14 touchdowns, second-most in the league. Evans also registered 20 explosive plays of 20 yards or more, including a season-high of 46 yards. He had 259 yards after the catch and converted 56 first downs, tops on the team.

Tight end Rob Gronkowski continues to be a weapon and has 32 career regular-season games with 100 yards receiving or more, the most in NFL history. He also has 14 receiving touchdowns in 20 career playoff games, the second-most receiving TDs in postseason history. For the year, Gronkowski caught 55 passes for 802 yards (14.6 average) and six touchdowns. He had 16 explosive plays, including a season-long 42-yarder, and 350 yards after the catch.

Why the Eagles can cover 

Quarterback Jalen Hurts led all quarterbacks in rushing yards with 784 and rushing TDs with 10 in 2021. He has five career games with two or more rushing touchdowns, the most by a quarterback in his first two seasons in the Super Bowl era. In the Week 6 meeting against the Bucs, he totaled three touchdowns, including two rushing. He has 30 or more rushing yards in his last 10 road starts.

Running back Miles Sanders, who is questionable with a hand injury, is expected to play and had 912 yards from scrimmage, including 754 rushing, in 12 games this year. He had 66 yards from scrimmage, including 56 rushing, in the Week 6 matchup against Tampa Bay. He also had 50 or more yards from scrimmage in five of his six road games this season. Sanders recorded back-to-back 100-yard games prior to getting injured against the New York Giants on Dec. 26.
