Dean Henderson is prepared to stay at Manchester United until the end of the season, according to reports, after the Red Devils back-up goalkeeper was told he couldn't leave the club.

The shot stopper has regressed from United's first-choice option last season to Old Trafford reserve in this campaign due to a combination of coronavirus struggles and David de Gea's return to form.

This has limited the 24-year-old goalkeeper to just two first-team appearances - in the Carabao Cup and Champions League - with De Gea featuring in every top-flight game for the Red Devils so far this term.
