Two men have been banned from racing for 10 years by BHA over the doping of Ladies First at Newcastle in September 2018.
Neil Waggot and Stephen Walker were named at the BHA hearing on Thursday after being caught on CCTV feeding something to 6-4 favourite Ladies First, who subsequently tested positive for a Beta Blocker Timolol after finishing unplaced.
Both men, who did not co-operate with the enquiry and did not appear at the hearing, were also captured approaching Victoriano, another beaten favourite at the meeting. Subsequent hair tests also showed the presence of Timolol.
