Tyson Fury has taken to social media to tell his followers just how much he is enjoying his retirement from heavyweight boxing, almost two weeks on from his knock-out victory over Dillian Whyte.

In what is definitely not a case of 'the lady doth protest too much', Fury told his fans how his retirement has been 'a long time coming' after going for an early morning run.

'Just finished a lovely four mile run across the promenade,' Fury said, alongside a caption of 'blessed'. 'Got a great sweat on.
