The NRL debate over what constitutes a send off offence has reared its ugly head in the Friday night clash between the Canberra Raiders and the Canterbury Bulldogs in the nation's capital.
Pangai Junior was placed on report in the eighth minute of the clash for striking the head of Canberra hooker Adam Elliott while he was on the ground.
'He'll get done for that there, the way the game is today,' Steven Blocker Roach said in commentary.
