Kalvin Phillips is set to pocket millions from the transfer if he is sold by Leeds United this summer. Sportsmail has learned that there is a clause in the England midfielder’s contract triggered by relegation giving Phillips a percentage of any fee Leeds receive for him above his release clause of about £25million.
That figure will be exceeded given that Manchester United, Newcastle and Aston Villa all want to sign him.
